Delete your account
You can delete your WordPecker account from the app at any time. If you can no longer open the app, email info@wordpeckerapp.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
From the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, then confirm with the Google account you signed in with. Deletion starts immediately.
What is deleted
Your profile, learning contexts, vocabulary, progress, conversations, saved tutor memories, usage records, and sign-in sessions are erased from the active database. Purchase and reward identifiers are kept only in a form that cannot be linked back to you, so that a refunded or replayed purchase cannot be credited twice.
What is not deleted
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play subscription settings before or after deleting. Information already sent to an AI provider is governed by that provider's retention terms, as described in the Privacy Policy.
